Call for Prayers for the tragic loss of Courtney Longergan and 2 kids

To our dear Friends at Arizona Interfaith and in our Community,

It is with great sorrow that we have to report that Courtney Lonergan, Ali and Almira were all killed in a tragic car accident July 10, near their home.

You will remember Courtney as the wonderful leader of our Experience Interfaith events over the years and her three children, Ali Almira and Aracelli, who were such a vital part of that event and our entire AZIFM Family.

Aracelli, the youngest child, was not with them at the time of the accident and will certainly need all the support and love we can give her during this tragic moment in her life.

Ali, the oldest, was driving the car when they became victims after man driving a stolen car ran a red light and crashed into their car killing Ali and Almira instantly.  Courtney died at the hospital soon thereafter.

Arrangements are being made for a Celebration of Life and we will get those details to you as soon as we are made aware of them.

In the meantime, a  GoFundMe page has been set up to help defray funeral costs. Additionally, our organization is receiving donations we will collectively send from AZIFM to the family for needed expenses. (Hit donate at top right of our home page, www.azifm.org

The Arizona Interfaith Movement, AZIFM, is deeply saddened and feels the great loss of Courtney and her two beautiful children.   Our prayers are with Aracelli currently that she will be sustained by the prayers and support of her friends and family. ~ Blessings and Peace, Larry Fultz, Executive Director
