Our VP of Education, Karolyn Benger, is of the Jewish faith and has really enjoyed digging into our Cookbook and making Saag Paneer (Sikh) and Chicken Biryani (Islami Islam). These are outside the usual dishes she makes for her family, but she incorporated these into her family meals and has had rave reviews.
