Tribute to Annalisa Eustace

Annalisa was a member of the Arizona Interfaith Movement — part of the Interfaith Council. She was loved and respected by members of every major world religion and her love and efforts towards peace will be missed.

Tomorrow is not promised. My friend Annalisa and I were working on a Restorative Justice program for juveniles caught in the Justice system. We also worked very closely on a Mitigating Racism Workshop. We worked on both programs with our dear friend Mark Klym. That was last Saturday and she was healthy. Tuesday she was rushed to the hospital. And today she is gone. We had each other as friends and colleagues for such a short time. I love you forever. Fly free my friend. Annalisa Eustace, an angel on this Earth, touched the lives of so many. Her unwavering faith was her ultimate source of love and selflessness. Annalisa’s poetic prayers and brilliant mind impacted countless souls over the globe. Her vibrance and bright light will forever shine in our hearts. — ShaRon Rea

This woman, my cherished friend, Annalisa Eustace, was the embodiment of living a deeply meaningful life. Her presence will forever be etched on my soul; her example of intentional living and giving to others an example I will continue to strive for; her rhythmic voice remaining a peacefulness in my mind. At the beginning of the year she received one of the National HerStory Awards from the Women’s Federation for World Peace USA and they recorded interviews with the recipients. To know Annalisa was to be embraced with meaningful conversations whether in a quick hello or a lunchtime chat; to be imparted with gratitude for things you may not have ever noticed, but now cannot ignore; and to always feel better about yourself than before the conversation began. Until our next embrace 🤍 —Karen Cobb

My dear friend, our The Faithful City community member, and a great servant of God, Dr. Annalisa Eustace is spending last days on this earth before joining Jesus in eternal shalom. Last Tuesday a sudden cardiac arrest at work caused her a catastrophic brain injury with irrecoverable damage. We all are still in shock, trusting our God, and being ready for all possibilities. Please pray fervently for her, family, and close friends, respecting their decisions and offering them a safe and quiet space. We love Dr. Annalisa! 🙏💛 —Sanghoon Yoo
