George Roundy
Executive Director, The Institute of Harmonic Science
George Roundy is a visionary leader with over four decades of experience across non-profit organizations, government agencies, and private enterprises. With a passion for addressing global challenges, George’s early work included system management, fundraising and leadership roles with The Hunger Project, a non-profit organization committed to the sustainable end of hunger globally. In 2000, he launched an IT consulting firm that developed an integrated criminal justice system for Maricopa County, enhancing public safety efficiency.
George is the Executive Director of the Institute of Harmonic Science and a founding board member, passionate about promoting community singing as a foundation for holistic societal solutions. In 2008, he received the Humanitarian of the Year award from the Arizona Interfaith Movement for his activism to end hunger and poverty. George is driven by purpose, community passion, and a dedication to making a meaningful impact, while finding personal fulfillment in his 40-year marriage, two children, and six grandchildren.
